Civil Site Supervisor

About Our Client
Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking civil construction company with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and teamwork. What You Will Be Doing
- Supervising and coordinating civil construction crews
- Managing subdivisions including bulk earthworks, service installations, and road construction
- Monitoring site operations for compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues
- Communicating with subcontractors and stakeholders
- Assisting in scheduling and planning daily/weekly activities
- Mentoring junior team members
What You Will Need
- 5 years' experience in a Civil Construction Supervisor role or similar
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, equipment, and materials
- Proven leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret engineering and construction plans accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Valid Driver's Licence and White Card
