Our close-knit team provides custom designs to meet our clients' needs across an array of sites and locations throughout Victoria. As an Architectural Draftsperson, you will be joining a vibrant office environment, working with designers who collaborate closely to create our award-winning projects in contemporary residential, heritage & commercial settings. THE ROLE

We're seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson with a strong focus on documentation and detailing. This role is ideal for someone who has an eye for detail and accuracy, understands construction sequencing, and can produce clear, compliant drawings that support smooth project delivery.

You'll work closely with the senior staff, contributing to multiple projects during detailed documentation and delivery of tender packages.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare comprehensive architectural documentation packages using Revit
• Develop and refine construction details aligned with NCC and AS standards
• Liaise with consultants and suppliers to ensure documentation integrity and identify coordination issues
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines collaborating with other team members
• Maintain drawing accuracy across revisions

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years' experience in architectural documentation (residential focus preferred)
• Advanced Revit proficiency
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and documentation standards
• Familiarity with NCC, Building Regulations, and relevant Australian Standards
• Ability to read Structural Engineering Drawings and Surveys
• Tertiary qualifications in drafting or architecture
• Excellent communication and time management skills
