In your role as a Trainee Customer Service Officer, you will be given the training you need to help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank's products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.

Based in our Port Lincoln Community Bank,we will support you to achieve a Certificate III in Business. This is undertaken as paid on-the-job training within work hours and in conjunction with a registered training organisation. In return you'll receive a 12 month full-timecontract, with salary paid based on the National Training Award.
Based on the needs of the business, there is potential for this to lead into an ongoing opportunity.
What you'll bring to the role
To succeed in this role, you'll consistently deliver exceptional customer service. We'd love you to have:
- The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
- An ability to articulate and share what makes our bank different
- Drive for collaboration - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals
- Experience in customer service - this is a plus but certainly not essential, we understand that you may be starting out in your professional career
