About the role

We have management roles currently available amongst our diverse group of Hotels (PUBS) on the NSW North Coast between Coffs Harbour and Grafton. Full-time positions are available in senior management roles that will see you leading and supporting a talented team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive the performance of the hotels.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including bottle shop, food and beverage service, gaming and live entertainment offerings
  • Develop and implement business strategies to improve profitability and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and venue policies
  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of hospitality professionals
  • Foster a positive and guest-centric culture within the venues
  • Represent the hotels at industry events and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • General Manager - Significant experience (5+ years) in a venue manager or senior hospitality management role
  • Venue/Assistant Manager - Senior Duty manager ready for the next challenge
  • Duty Managers - Hospitality supervisors/junior managers seeking the next step in their professional journey
  • A proven track record of driving operational excellence and financial performance in the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Outstanding customer service focus and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of hospitality industry regulations and best practices
