About the role
Rustic Plumbing Solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team in Port Macquarie, NSW. This is a full-time position, offering competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work for a respected local plumbing company with an excellent reputation.
What you'll be doing
- Carry out a wide range of plumbing maintenance and repair tasks, including fixing leaks, unblocking drains, and maintaining hot water systems
- Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and provide on-site troubleshooting and repair services
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, adhering to relevant plumbing codes and regulations
- Maintain detailed records of work undertaken and order necessary materials and supplies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery and processes
What we're looking for
- Fully qualified plumber.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance plumber role, ideally in the residential sectors
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional, courteous manner
- Reliable, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality work
- A driving license
