About the role

Rustic Plumbing Solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team in Port Macquarie, NSW. This is a full-time position, offering competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work for a respected local plumbing company with an excellent reputation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Carry out a wide range of plumbing maintenance and repair tasks, including fixing leaks, unblocking drains, and maintaining hot water systems
  2. Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and provide on-site troubleshooting and repair services
  3. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice
  4. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, adhering to relevant plumbing codes and regulations
  5. Maintain detailed records of work undertaken and order necessary materials and supplies
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery and processes

What we're looking for

  1. Fully qualified plumber.
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance plumber role, ideally in the residential sectors
  3. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
  4. Excellent customer service skills and a professional, courteous manner
  5. Reliable, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality work
  6. A driving license
