What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating the restaurant floor staff to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Scheduling staff to maintain appropriate coverage during peak period
  • Addressing customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Participating in the ongoing training and development of the restaurant team
  • Assisting the restaurant manager with administrative tasks and special projects as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in cash handling, inventory management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and staff
