This is an entry level role which will provide payments and administrative support to a wide range of stakeholders to ensure EML pro-actively and efficiently manager workers compensation claims.

This will be a permanent, part time position working up to 15 hours a week, based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility on preferred working days.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage payments with precision to meet deadlines and maintain compliance with policies and legislation
  • Provide clear and effective advice on payment queries and processes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse and resolve overpayments and underpayments to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Collate, update, and analyse payment reports regularly to support informed decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with all customers by consistently demonstrating EML values and behaviours.
ABOUT YOU
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel to efficiently manage tasks and deliver high-quality work.
  • Previous experience in payroll processes and systems in a dynamic and fast paced environment is desirable but not mandatory
  • Ability to navigate time management skills by prioritising and managing responsibilities to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
  • Background in customer service and/or office administration with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
