Description

Our Lord Street clinic in Port Macquarie is currently seeking a Contact Centre Agent to join the supportive and collaborative team. 

This role is a permanent part time position working shifts between Monday - Friday, with eight hour shifts rostered between 8am - 5pm.

Ideally this role would work 2 – 4 shifts per week.

Role Overview:

As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
  • Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
  • Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.

What we're looking for:

 Clear verbal and written communication skills.

 A background in customer service.

 Strong organisational abilities to book appointments and manage call flow in a busy environment.

 Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.

Prior experience in healthcare or a contact centre is beneficial, but not essential, as you will receive supportive training to learn our systems and build a foundation of radiology knowledge.
