The Role
We are seeking a passionate, experienced and values-driven Centre Manager to lead our service with integrity, vision, and a strong commitment to Early Childhood Education and Care.

About You
You are a confident, capable and emotionally intelligent leader with:
- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Minimum two years of experience in a leadership capacity in ECEC settings
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and VEYLDF
- Current certifications-First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management, WWCC, Police Check
- Commitment to Child Safety with continuous quality improvement mindset
- Experience in managing rosters, enrolments and regulatory obligations
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
- Proven ability to lead, guide and uplift a team to achieve positive educational outcomes
