Wirringulla Workforce is an Indigenous-owned labour hire company specialising in the Civil Infrastructure, Construction, Mining, Rail, and Oil & Gas industries.

We are currently seeking experienced Formworkers, Concreters, Steel Fixers, Boilermakers and Trade Assistants to join our Tier 1 Civil Construction client on a major project based in Port Hedland on a FIFO roster: 21 days on, 7 days off.


What We're Looking For

We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals with the following attributes:

  • Proven experience in civil construction projects
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and site protocols
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High levels of physical fitness and motivation

Job Requirements

  • White Card
  • Relevant trade experience in Formwork, Concreting, or Steel Fixing
  • C Class Driver's Licence (minimum)
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug and Alcohol screening
  • Additional tickets/licences highly regarded
