About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled and reliable All-Rounder with experience in formwork, steel fixing, and concrete placement to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-focused, and capable of working across different stages of concrete construction — from setup to pour and finish.

You'll be part of a small, crew responsible for delivering high-quality concrete structures on time and to spec. This role suits someone who enjoys variety on site and takes pride in doing things right the first time.

This will be a FIFO role from Perth on a 2 and 1 swing to the Pilbara region.

Essential:

  • Experience on a construction site
  • Rio Tinto Inducted with SAP and Pegasus numbers
  • Be able to work independently, as well as being a team player
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
  • Self-motivated with ability to communicate well with contractor and team
  • Commitment to OSH
  • White card
  • Australian Drivers Licence
  • Previous experience with formwork & concrete
  • Ability to handle a diverse range of power and hand tools, such as grinders, hammers, drills, and more.
  • Pass a medical
