As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day operations of the Chocolateria, providing exceptional service to San Churro customers and producing our amazing products to a high-standard. You will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring other employees as well as upholding San Churro and OHS standards. In return, you will have the opportunity to work with a fun-loving team in an environment that truly develops your career and sets you on the path to managing your own successful team.

We are looking for someone who is happy to take on the role of shift supervisor but also happy to work as a general staff member based on the business needs.

Skills and experience

  • Experience in the hospitality industry within a shift-running or management position
  • Barista experience is muy bien
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to work across a 7-day roster including late nights, weekends and public holidays. Valentines day, Mothers day, Fathers day, New Years and Winter including July School Holidays are our peak trade and require full availability on these dates.
  • Sunday to Tuesday availability on a weekly basis is essential

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00 – $29.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Restaurant management: 1 year (Required)
