Position Overview

As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales, developing new business relationships, and nurturing existing clients. Your goal is to increase sales across your region, working closely with salon partners to enhance their businesses with Mr. Smith. You will act as a key interface between our brand and customers, delivering education on our products, managing client relationships, and ensuring they have everything they need for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop new business relationships with salons across VIC & TAS
  • Service existing accounts by managing orders, stock levels, and visual merchandising displays.
  • Conduct monthly visits to existing customers to provide guidance and strategies to grow sales.
  • Educate both new and existing clients on product launches and Mr. Smith services.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Submit orders through our online ordering system and manage all necessary administration.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions and orders via Netsuite.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems quickly and effectively.
  • Manage a monthly call cycle with a well-organised and productive run list.
  • Engage with clients through social media, ensuring consistent brand presence.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and experience in sales, particularly in the haircare or beauty industry.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and open new accounts.
  • Experience working with hair and beauty products is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your time effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and educating clients about luxury products.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
