Welfare and Seasonal Worker Support

About the Role:
TeamsWork is seeking a compassionate and proactive individual to join our team as a Welfare and Seasonal Worker Support Officer. This is a casual position with the potential to become a permanent position and plays a vital role in supporting the wellbeing of seasonal workers in the Manjimup region.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Worker Wellbeing: Regularly check in on the progress, placement, and overall wellbeing of seasonal workers.
Accommodation: Accommodation checks for multiple locations between Manjimup and Pemberton as well as organising linen changes and departure cleans.
Emergency Contact Support: Ensure all workers have access to a reliable emergency contact number for their area. This must be answered by you or another Welfare Officer when needed.
Health Access Assistance: Help workers access medical and allied health services, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
What We're Looking For:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and respond to urgent needs
· Familiarity with local health services is a plus
· A caring and culturally sensitive approach to supporting diverse communities
