Your responsibilities include· Contributeto the change, Level 2 and 3 support and governance of the Identity as aService (IDaaS) platform hosted on AWS· Design,build, configure, and implement IAM solutions (authentication andauthorization) using Ping Identity products (PingAccess, PingFederate, and PingDirectory) in an AWS environment, based on standards such as SAML 2.0 andOIDC/OAuth including custom solutions and integration· Providetechnical support to other project team members including Level 2 and Level 3teams· Implementautomated unit and integration tests in a continuous integration and deploymentenvironment· Troubleshootissues, and provide fixes· Consultwith business stakeholders on requirements and solution options· Triagebusiness requirement to advise on the appropriate solution options on the Pingplatform· Reviewand update project handover and operation documents· Liaisewith the CTO teams – Channels and Security Architecture teams to ensure designintegrity and strategic alignment· Leadand mentor team members You will be required to have· 5+years' related experience at an Enterprise level· 5+years' experience with an industry standard IAM platform· Experiencewith systems development, support and maintenance with specialist knowledge inIAM· Experiencebuilding and using web APIs (SOAP, XML, REST, JSON, SCIM)· Experiencewith JavaScript, Regular Expressions, HTML, and CSS in support of webapplication development· Strongattention to detail with high quality outputs· Passionfor customer service· Logicaltroubleshooting ability· Experiencecollaborating and supporting others· Advancedanalysis, problem solving, troubleshooting and consultative skills· Excellentverbal and written communication skills· Appliedunderstanding of technical concepts of enterprise architecture and contemporaryIT strategies· Anunderstanding of a financial services operating environment, applications andproducts desirable Your specific skills and knowledge· Handson experience on an industry -standard IAM platform (eg Ping, Okta, Forgerock,NetIQ, Tivoli etc)· Strongexperience delivering technical or web application/federated identitysolutions, to name a few:FederatedIdentity and Single Sign -OnSoftwaresecurityx509certificatesADFS,SiteMinder, Oracle Access Manager, IBMSAML,WS -Fed, WS -Trust Oauth, OpenID, XACMLKerberos· Knowledgeof security design principles for IAM solutions· Preferablya background in development (especially Java)· Preferablyexperience in a DevOps/Cloud environment (especially AWS)Knowledgeof Identity Management, Access Management, and Directory Services technologiesincluding LDAPv3, SQL and noSQL technologies
