What Your Day Will Look Like….
You'll be a trusted point of support for teams in Toowoomba, offering practical guidance on clinical governance, quality systems and safe care practices. Your day will move between collaborating with clinicians, reviewing processes, contributing to policy and education, and helping teams embed improvements that reduce patient harm. You'll build strong relationships, mentor others, and use your judgement to navigate challenges with clarity and confidence. Every interaction reflects the values of compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage.
