We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to support one of our growing international eCommerce clients in the NDIS and drop shipping space.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Filipino digital marketer to work with an overseas brand, helping them manage and grow their online presence, run impactful campaigns, and boost product sales.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Grow online sales by designing and running multi-platform campaigns (organic + paid).
  • Create high-converting email flows in Klaviyo (abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back).
  • Manage user-generated content, reviews, and social proof through
  • Oversee dropshipping product launches — optimizing product pages for conversions & SEO.
  • Run Meta Ads (FB & IG) and TikTok Ads with measurable results.
  • Track and report weekly on conversions, ROAS, engagement, and growth.

What We're Looking For

You must be:

  • Highly skilled in Shopify, Klaviyo, , and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experienced in both creative content and technical marketing execution.
  • Confident with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok organic & paid strategies.
  • Able to write killer ad copy and create short-form videos that sell.
  • Familiar with the Customer Value Journey — from awareness to repeat purchase.
  • A quick learner when it comes to new industries (bonus if you already know the NDIS space).

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have built or scaled a drop shipping store before.
  • Have run TikTok influencer campaigns.
  • Can edit and produce short-form video content yourself.
  • Understand product analytics and can spot trends fast.
