Are you a relationship-driven leader who loves delivering exceptional stays and growing a successful portfolio? We're searching for a
Holiday Manager
to take the lead in Kingscliff — one of NSW's most stunning coastal locations.

You'll oversee a thriving holiday accommodation portfolio, ensuring premium results for both guests and property owners. From owner partnerships to guest experience, revenue optimisation, and team leadership — you'll be at the heart of building strong community connections and commercial success.

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire a high-performing local team

Build strong property owner and community relationships

Drive portfolio growth by attracting and retaining quality homes

Work with expert pricing teams to maximise revenue

Coordinate property presentation, housekeeping & maintenance

Deliver exceptional guest experiences — every stay, every time

What You'll Bring

Experience in hotels, motels, holiday rentals or STRA operations

Proven commercial mindset and portfolio/revenue growth achievements

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Strong problem-solving, organisation and attention to detail

Familiarity with PMS platforms (e.g. RMS, Guesty, Hirum, Zoho, Xero)

Real Estate Certificate (or willingness to obtain) welcome

Australian working rights required
