The Opportunity Awaits:
In this role, you'll leverage your exceptional attitude and work ethic to excel in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Mastering Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling tools
- Collaborating closely with engineers and construction teams to ensure seamless execution
- Thriving under pressure and meeting strict deadlines with poise and professionalism
- Working independently and taking ownership of your projects
- Championing company policies and guidelines with unwavering diligence
- Assisting the civil team to guarantee timely project delivery
- Coordinating logistics, plant/vehicles, and resources across various departments
- Conducting SWMS, Prestart, and Toolbox Talks on-site each morning
Interpreting architectural and structural drawings to ensure flawless implementation - Collaborating with supervisors and managing on-site teams to uphold safety and quality standards
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous on-site and project experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
