Fossix is a Corporate Hospitality Services company based in the Sydney CBD. We specialise in providing premium in-office hospitality services, including café-quality coffee and boardroom food & beverage service, to corporate clients.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Boardroom Hospitality Service Manager with strong barista skills to join our team in a prestigious corporate office in the heart of the city. You'll work independently on-site as part of our client's office management team, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for their executive team and guests.

This position is perfect for a mature, experienced boardroom or café professional looking for a balanced, stress-free role in a warm, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional café-quality coffee and professional food & beverage service
  • Managing all aspects of boardroom and meeting room hospitality, including catering coordination
  • Preparing rooms for meetings and functions – set up, service, and pack down
  • Taking and serving orders for VIP client and staff meetings with discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinating with the Office Team Leader on catering and service requirements
  • Managing stock levels and placing regular supplier orders
  • Performing routine equipment maintenance (e.g. coffee machine, grinders)

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' barista experience with strong latte art skills
  • At least 1 year experience in a boardroom, concierge, or similar corporate hospitality role
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work autonomously
  • Calm and professional under pressure
  • Holds a Food Handling Statement of Attainment and RSA Competency Card
  • Full working rights in Australia (No student or working holiday visas)
