About Us:

Sala Dining is one Sydney's most celebrated Seafood restaurants, focusing on the best seafood from our local waters, operated by Dedes Group, a family run hospitality company that has been established for over 40 years, with stunning waterfront locations across Sydney.

We are currently recruiting the following roles to join our team:

  • Sous Chef
  • Chef de partie

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the preparation and delivery of meals
  • Hands on role with team of industry professionals in each kitchen
  • Follow food safety in accordance to legislation within the kitchen
  • Ability to cross skill over our venues from fine dining, events and casual dining offerings
  • Seafood focused menus using sustainable and quality produce
  • Roles covers all sections of Pasta, Antipasto, Crudo, fryer & pastry
  • Full time roles with good hours

Skills Required:

  • Strong team focus, and people management skills
  • Must be experienced in high volume & functions
  • Highly organised and strong on rostering & ordering
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar environment
