Are you a proactive and adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced workshop environment? We're looking for a Workshop Coordinator to join our team—someone with a "can-do" attitude who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved.

About the Role:

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and is keen to upskill across different areas. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inventory, despatch, and receiving orders efficiently.
  • Delivering parts to technicians working on the road.
  • Assisting as a second technician when needed, including fire watch duties.
  • Applying your welding and mechanical skills in repairs.
  • Getting hands-on with cleaning and general workshop maintenance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Has experience in inventory management and despatch.
  • Is comfortable working on-site and supporting field technicians.
  • Has mechanical and welding skills or is keen to develop them.
  • Is happy to clean, repair, and get stuck into hands-on work.
  • Takes initiative and is always eager to learn new skills.
