As Cook / Chef, you'll have the opportunity to influence and shape our evolving food offering. You'll be responsible for crafting daily specials, themed promotions, and exceptional function offerings, ensuring each dish complements our ethos of quality, value, and memorable experiences.

Skills and Experience Required
- Proven Expertise: Formal trade qualification as a Cook / chef with a Minium of 2 years experience.
- Innovative Menu Development: Passion for utilising diverse ingredients to craft consistently high-quality dishes with a Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and delicious dishes.
- Commitment to Safety: Adherence to food safety standards and protocols.
