Do you run your own creative business and want a steady flow of work each week?

We're looking for a freelance creative all-rounder to partner with us on an ongoing basis. You'll have the freedom to work for yourself and take on other clients, but we can offer you consistent weekly hours (20–30 hrs) across our group of hospitality and fitness businesses.

You'll work across multiple brands, with plenty of variety: one day you'll be designing pub specials, the next you'll be creating brand tiles or membership campaigns for our Pilates studios, and the next you might be updating one of our websites.

Our group includes:

  • The Richmond Inn (pub) @richmondinnnsw
  • 247 Reformer (Pilates studios – Sydney & Canberra) @247reformer + @247reformergreenway
  • And new venues & ventures launching soon

What You'll Be Doing
  • Graphic design – Menus, specials, posters, signage, event posters, brand tiles, membership tiles, campaigns, and digital assets.
  • Digital design & website updates – Website graphics, banners, and content refreshes.
  • Content creation – Shoot and edit photos/videos that showcase the buzz of our pubs and the energy of our Pilates studios.
  • Social media management – Instagram, FB & TikTok. Create, schedule, and grow our channels with on-brand, engaging content.
  • Brand identity – Develop and refine the look and feel of our businesses as we grow.
  • (Preferred) Marketing – Support with campaign planning, ads, and growth strategies.

Who You Are
  • You run your own design/creative business (freelance, contractor, or small studio).
  • A graphic designer at heart, with experience in creating brand identities.
  • Skilled across print and digital design (menus, specials, social tiles, websites).
  • Confident with canva & capcut (or similar).
  • Comfortable with content creation – photography, videography, editing.
  • Social media savvy and up-to-date with trends.
  • Able to manage basic website updates (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar).
  • (Preferred) Strong in marketing skills – campaign planning, ads, strategy.
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and excited by the mix of hospitality and fitness.

The Details
  • Hours: Approx. 20–30 per week of consistent ongoing work. Could develop into more
  • Base: Richmond, NSW head office.
  • Travel: Regular visits to St Peters NSW, Richmond NSW, Wallacia NSW + occasional Canberra trips.
  • Employment type: Subcontractor / freelance arrangement (not salaried).
