We are currently seeking a passionate & talented team member who has a proven track record in Supermarket Operations to be our Assistant Store Manager, at IGA Baulkham Hills

  • Full time 2IC

This IGA is a key store in our portfolio of stores, and as such are looking for a knockout candidate who can take the growth of the store to the next level.

As a leader in the business, the Assistant Store Manager will maintain the highest standards of Merchandise Presentation and Food Hygiene while motivating the designated grocery and fresh food teams.

Skills and Experience required:

  • A genuine passion for supermarkets
  • Experience in Supermarket Management and leading teams
  • The ability to provide outstanding levels of customer service
  • The ability to reach sales targets, KPIs and promote growth
  • Previous leadership experience
  • The ability to multitask and manage daily complexities autonomously
  • Availability over a 7 day roster

Successful applicants will:

  • Have the ability to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
  • Proven ability in managing inventory and merchandise
  • A passion for the Retail Food industry
  • Proven experience ordering and replenishing displays
  • Commitment to grow and develop with our business
  • Experience in People Management and managing employee performance
