The Opportunity
We're seeking a proactive and organised Capability & Experience Coordinator to join our Sydney office in the Organisational Capability & Experience (OC&E) team within the People & Stakeholder Engagement division. This role plays a vital part in supporting the delivery of learning, talent, and employee experience programs across Stockland, helping ensure our people have the tools, support, and experiences they need to thrive.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative coordination for OC&E programs and events.
- Manage our Learning Management System (LMS), including setup, content updates, quality checks, troubleshooting, and compliance reporting.
- Respond to learning-related enquiries and support our people.
- Raise and process purchase orders and manage invoice queries.
- Coordinate end-to-end administrative activities across OC&E programs, learning journeys, and initiatives (e.g. invitations, communications, facilitator liaison).
- Maintain and update employee experience resources and communications.
- Support the broader OC&E team as required.

Experience & Skills That Count
- Experience in an administrative, HR, or learning support role.
- Experience coordinating events and working with contractors.
- Comfortable supporting users with digital platforms.
- Proficient in Excel to extract, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Project management experience with a focus on meeting deadlines and proactively resolving issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, databases, and systems such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow (or similar).
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
