Job Title: User Experience Researcher

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated User Experience Researcher to support participant recruitment, collect user feedback, and develop a robust research operations system.

In this role, you will collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and other stakeholders to improve your research skills in a business environment. You will work closely with researchers and designers to recruit suitable participants, support research, and contribute to the development of a scalable research operations process.

Responsibilities:

  • Research Operations: Maintain and scale the research recruitment process, handle a database of customers, and assist with research documentation including communications material & templates.
  • Process Improvement: Build and maintain repeatable processes for research documentation, including communications materials and templates.
  • Research Support: Support research by recruiting suitable participants and contributing to the development of a searchable research repository.

Requirements:

  • A degree (or currently enrolled in postgrad) in psychology, anthropology, human-computer interaction or similar field.
  • An interest in building a career in UX Research.
  • Naturally curious and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • The ability to motivate yourself and others when needed.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
