We're supporting a major Australian federal agency delivering a large-scale
case-management platform
built on
Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
. They're looking for a
Principal Dynamics CRM Developer (EL2-equivalent)
who can bring real engineering depth while lifting capability across multiple squads.

If you're someone who enjoys being hands-on and shaping the technical direction across a program, this is the kind of role where your influence genuinely matters.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading engineering practices across
    platform, automation and integration
    squads
  • Providing
    technical leadership, coaching and code review discipline
  • Building high-quality plugins, custom workflows and client-side logic using
    C# and JavaScript
  • Reviewing technical designs, shaping patterns and ensuring architectural alignment
  • Partnering closely with solution architects while remaining hands-on
  • Guiding integration work across APIs, Logic Apps, Power Automate and custom patterns
  • Managing structured release processes, DevOps troubleshooting and environment governance
  • Supporting production issues, triaging and assisting with fixes when required

DevOps and delivery discipline

You understand structured releases, pipelines, environment management and governance.

You can partner with architects, interpret patterns and still deliver code to a high standard.

You enjoy helping devs level up - lifting capability is part of your DNA.
