An exciting opportunity has occurred for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in MIRANDA, NSW.

As an Assistant Store Manager with Johnny Bigg, you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them.

About You:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year's retail management experience
  • Experience in managing a team of 2 or more
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Driven to achieve company set budgets and KPI's
  • Be analytical and have the ability to identify store opportunities
  • Ability to lead, motivate and empower a team
  • Strong visual merchandising skills and ability to think commercially and strategically for the store.
  • Have an interest in fashion and trends
  • Take pride in your personal style and presentation
  • Work with others and alone as this is the nature of the roster.
