About the Centre/Service

Croydon Hills Primary School Kindergarten (interim name) is a brand-new two room kindergarten opening on the Croydon Hills Primary school site in 2026, and we are building a dynamic and collaborative team to establish an exceptional early learning service from its inaugural year. We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator (Cert III or Diploma) to support high-quality kindergarten programs and contribute to the creation of a warm, inclusive, and safe environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team with implementation of high-quality programs
  • Build nurturing and respectful relationships with children and families
  • Assist with planning, documentation, assessment and daily routines
  • Promote inclusive and culturally safe learning environments
  • Ensure compliance with NQF, Child Safe Standards, and Department policies

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Prior experience working in a kindergarten and / or other early childhood service providing high-quality care and educational services for children.
  • A sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development.
