At Blue Croc Manufacturing, we specialise in architecturally-aligned aluminium systems—balustrades, glass and aluminium pool fencing, privacy screens, gates, louvres, feature fencing, shrouds, and more. We work with some of Victoria's leading builders and homeowners to deliver custom and standard aluminium solutions. We're expanding into Melbourne's North-East with a new facility, and we're looking for exceptional tradespeople to join us on this journey.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Installing a range of aluminium products, including:

  • Glass and aluminium balustrades

  • Frameless and modular glass pool fencing
  • Privacy screens and fixed louvre systems
  • Driveway and pedestrian gates
  • Decorative feature fencing and architectural shrouds
  • Interpreting site plans and installation drawings with precision.
  • Working closely with our internal operations and sales teams to deliver clean, high-quality installations.
  • Maintaining tools, site readiness, and professionalism at all times.
  • Communicating clearly with clients and supervisors on site.
  • Work side by side with a team mate

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in on-site installation—especially suited to carpenters, glaziers, or fencing contractors.
  • Confidence in reading and interpreting drawings, understanding levels, dimensions, and fixing methods.
  • Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve on site.
  • Excellent attention to detail—we work to architectural standards, not just building code minimums.
  • Full driver's licence and willingness to travel across Victoria, particularly within North-East Melbourne region.
