This role is 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday with Day and Afternoon shifts available.

What You'll Do

  • Assess and plan production orders to meet daily schedules
  • Operate—or learn to operate—our coil-slitters and pan-brake folders to create custom flashings and other sheet-metal products
  • Manufacture custom sheet-metal products using specialised equipment to exact specifications
  • Pick, pack and wrap finished orders for dispatch
  • Keep a sharp eye on quality and attention detail
  • Contribute to general manufacturing and production tasks to keep operations running smoothly

About You

  • A positive, hands-on team player who loves to learn
  • Good communication skills—able to follow instructions and work effectively with the team
  • Physically fit and comfortable with regular manual handling
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Good with numbers and able to read basic drawings
  • Forklift licence is an advantage
  • Experience with SWI Engineering machinery is a strong plus (but not essential—full training provided)
  • Experienced operators: bring your skills and you could step straight into a permanent full-time role
