About the Role

We're currently seeking 2 Trade Assistants to join our team on a casual basis, supporting the construction of transportable buildings and electrical switchrooms. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to gain experience in construction or manufacturing with a potential pathway to permanency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist tradespeople in the assembly and construction of transportable buildings and switchrooms
  • General labouring, including use of basic hand and power tools
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Supporting materials handling and basic fabrication tasks
  • Following instructions and adhering to safety standards

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar hands-on role or within a workshop/construction environment (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of tools and general construction processes
  • Physically fit and able to undertake manual tasks
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
  • White Card or willing to obtain prior to commencement
  • Forklift licence
  • EWP Ticket
  • Working at Heights licence
