Yarra Valley Grammar is a leading co-educational school in the Anglican tradition catering for students from our Early Learning Centre to Year 12.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding person to this very important position in our Media team, which is a growing area of the school, particularly since the recent opening of our Performing Arts and Media School.

The Media Assistant works with our Head of Digital Technologies to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of our Media program, assisting with the enhancement of student learning experiences.

In particular, the successful applicant will be required to perform tasks in the following areas:

  1. Equipment and Facility Operations
  2. Curriculum Support
  3. Administration in the Media Department

Previous industry experience is preferred and preference will be given to those who have worked within an independent school setting.

The role is part time, term time only. Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are required along with the ability to demonstrate initiative and to prioritise tasks.

A salary commensurate with experience will be offered. The successful applicant must have a current Working with Children Check.
