Senior Embedded Systems Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to help build the next generation of smart sensing technology. This role offers the chance to work on impactful, privacy-conscious solutions that make a difference in real-world applications.

The Role

You will lead the development of embedded software for advanced sensing platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will design, implement, and optimize real-time systems that power innovative products.

This is a hands-on position where your technical expertise will directly shape the performance, reliability, and scalability of cutting-edge embedded systems.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement embedded software in modern C++ for real-time systems
  • Lead firmware development for data acquisition, processing, and communication
  • Optimize performance, power efficiency, and reliability on constrained systems
  • Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Support testing, validation, and system bring-up activities
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence within the team

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in embedded systems development
  • Strong C++ skills and experience with embedded platforms (Arm Cortex-M or similar)
  • Solid understanding of RTOS, bare-metal programming, and communication protocols
  • Experience delivering production-grade embedded systems
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering
