About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Disability Educational Support Workers to join our team. You must hold a minimum of Certificate III in Education Support (or equivalent) to be considered for this role.

This position involves supporting children and young people living with disability in both home and educational settings. It is essential that you are available to work evenings as well as daytime shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 educational support for students with disability.
  • Assist with communication, learning tasks, and social inclusion.
  • Work collaboratively with families, schools, and allied health professionals.
  • Encourage independence and skill development in daily routines.
  • Maintain accurate notes and progress records in accordance with NDIS guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III/IV in Education, Certificate III/IV in Disability or equivalent (essential).
  • Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work both evenings and daytime hours.
  • Previous experience in disability support, education support, or childcare (desirable).
  • Understanding of NDIS, inclusive education, and person-centred practice.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting people with disability.
  • Current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain).
