Job Description

As a Principal Consultant, you will lead sales, engagement and technical strategy with our client base, covering all areas of the testing lifecycle in multiple domains. You'll leverage your domain expertise to deliver value-driven, market leading solutions for Planit customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership:
  Lead hybrid teams (on-site, remote, offshore), manage senior client relationships, ensure delivery excellence across KPIs, and act as the client's go-to for quality solutions.

• Account Growth & Relationship Building:
  Work with the Account Director and GM to enhance client engagement, provide executive-level consultation, and co-develop roadmaps for growth.

• Enterprise Solutions & Innovation:
  Champion innovative QE strategies including Automation, Performance, Security, and AI by collaborating with our Practice Directors and broader leadership team.

• Cross-Capability Engagement:
  Lead and coordinate testing initiatives across all quality domains in enterprise settings.

• Mentorship & Community Engagement:
  Contribute to QE people leadership, support initiatives like #HerTechPath, and represent Planit at networking and industry events.

• Business Partnership:
  Provide senior coverage and support across accounts during peak demand or leadership absences.

Desirable Skills

• Certified ISTQB Advanced Test Management
• Certified in Certified Agile Essentials or Certified Agile Testing courses.
• Experience in SAP, web services, XML, mobile apps, cloud testing or Agile methods
• Experience across the Financial Services, Health, Retail, Utilities, Banking, FMCG or Telecommunications Industries
• Experience with test automation, SQL or coding
