Flower Power is Australia's largest retail Garden Centre & Lifestyle group with 11 retail stores across Sydney and the Newcastle/Maitland areas. We grow, import & sell a diverse range of plants, landscape materials, outdoor furniture, homewares and giftware's at our Centres.

We are seeking a casual Horticulturalist for our Glenhaven Garden Centre. The primary role is to provide customer service, advice and to facilitate customer sales of nursery items. You will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the outdoor nursery area whilst maintaining a clean and organised work environment. Successful applicants should have the following:

• Horticulture qualification and/or previous experience essential
• A 'hands on' attitude
• Display initiative and enjoy working outdoors
• Customer service and sales experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Be team orientated, enthusiastic and energetic
• Weekend & public holiday availability is essential
