400 Gradi is looking for passionate and professional Front of House staff to join our team

This role is a casual position for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a vibrant, award-winning team at our Eastlands location.

Required

  • Minimum 2 year experience in a front-of-house / bar role
  • RSA certification or willing to get shortly after starting
  • Immediate start
  • Must be available for Friday and Saturday shifts (essential)
  • Flexibility to work additional weekday shifts as needed

Salary

  • Casual RIA Award – Grade 2: $32.31 / hour
  • Approx. 10–15 hours per week

Location – Ringwood, Eastlands Shopping Centre , VIC

The Front of House role

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting the restaurant team, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. The role involves taking orders, running food and drinks, assisting at the bar, and maintaining high service standards.

Applicants must be reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work effectively in a team.

You will need

  • Minimum 2 year's experience in a floor and/or bar role
  • RSA certification or willing to get shortly after starting
  • Availability for Friday & Saturday shifts (essential), plus flexibility for other shifts as required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional grooming and presentation
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive team attitude
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering great service
