Located in Ringwood VIC, you will find **Hunter & Barrel **whichis a sophisticated steakhouse where ancient ritual combines with raw elements of nature in a modern setting. Each element of the space, from the coal pits to the plate ware, combines to create a unique and exciting dining experience.

**The duties of the position include**:

- Welcoming and seating guests in a friendly manner. Must be able to take care of multiple tables and guests at one time (although training will also be provided on how to do this effectively)
- Taking guest orders for food & drinks, processing them via the POS & effectively communicating those orders with kitchen staff
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the restaurant to ensure they receive an exceptional customer experience
- Cash handling/ EFTPOS transactions
- Running food & drinks
- Ensure the restaurant is presentable at the beginning of each service which includes setting tables with plates, cutlery etc.

**About You**
- Previous A La Carte restaurant/bar experience
- Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service
- A current RSA
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
