About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Blind Repair and Cleaning Technician to join our friendly team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Repairing and servicing a variety of blind types (roller, vertical, venetian, curtain etc.).
  • Providing professional cleaning services to extend the life of customers' blinds.
  • Assisting with installation and removal of blinds when required.
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
  • Liaising with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Practical, hands-on and comfortable using tools and equipment.
  • Able to troubleshoot and repair with attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with good communication skills.
  • Holds a current driver's licence (At least a provisional licence required).
  • Holds a current and valid WWVP card.
  • Holds a White Card or willing to obtain.

Previous experience in blind repairs, cleaning or installation is desirable but not essential, training will be provided for the right candidate.
