In this role, you'll:

Coach and mentor ECTs to lead curriculum and pedagogy

Facilitate communities of practice and share inspiring ideas

Support new ECTs as they transition into CEEC

Partner with the Head of Quality & Continuous Improvement to strengthen professional standards
