This is an exciting opportunity to be the heartbeat of our Sydney office, partnering with all departments to keep operations running smoothly while fostering an engaging and collaborative office culture.
About the role
As our Office Manager / EA, you will be the trusted go-to person across the agency, supporting our Head of People & Culture, CEO, and wider Leadership Team. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensure our work environment remains professional and welcoming, and help deliver memorable initiatives that strengthen our team culture.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front-of-house reception, including calls, visitors, couriers and mail.
- Maintain office supplies, coordinate kitchen and meeting room needs, and organise catering.
- Support the People & Culture team with onboarding, offboarding, office policies and data management.
- Organise travel, bookings and provide diary support for the CEO and leadership team.
- Plan and deliver internal events and initiatives to promote staff engagement.
- Manage staff access, seating plans, asset registers and parking allocations.
- Partner with Finance, IT, Client Services and other departments on administrative projects.
- Maintain a safe, tidy and efficient office environment and identify opportunities for improvement.
What you'll bring
- Ideally 3-5 years' experience in a similar office administration, EA or operations role (agency or creative industry experience a plus).
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset with strong emotional intelligence and discretion.
- Confidence to work independently, anticipate needs and drive tasks through to completion.
- A genuine passion for building an enjoyable and supportive workplace.
