About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to take ownership of building and optimising data workflows and creating insightful dashboards that support both internal teams and client reporting. You will work closely with stakeholders across all divisions of the business to understand their reporting needs and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain data workflows to streamline reporting processes.
  • Create and manage interactive dashboards for internal teams and external clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting tools.
  • Analyse operational and client data to identify trends, opportunities, and efficiencies.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Self-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Able to work collaboratively across multiple teams and business units.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a knack for translating data into stories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics or related field or extensive work experience in related roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools.
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience writing complex queries
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
  • Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia
  • Bonus skills: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Domo.
