About the Role

We are seeking a female Support Worker to assist a client in Venus Bay with home-based supports, companionship, and daily living assistance. You will play a vital role in helping the client maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

  • Personal care & hygiene support (female worker required)
  • Domestic assistance including cleaning, laundry, meal prep
  • Community access and companionship
  • Medication reminders
  • Documentation & progress notes
  • Maintaining professional boundaries and safety at all times

Requirements:

  • Female Support Worker (required for personal-care needs)
  • Cert III in Individual Support / Disability / Aged Care (preferred)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • WWCC
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Australian Driver's Licence + reliable car
  • Rights to work in Australia
