Automotive Workshop Foreman Wanted – Lead a High-Performing Team

Location: Gympie

Remuneration: Excellent salary package + performance bonuses

As the Foreman at Pacific Gympie, you'll be part of a well-established, family-owned dealership group with over 20 years of success in the Gympie and Sunshine Coast regions. Operating across three locations, Pacific Gympie represents a wide range of leading automotive brands including GWM, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Honda, Renault, and JAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of workshop control, ensuring smooth job flow and time management
  • Oversee daily workshop operations and job allocations
  • Provide hands-on technical support and mentoring to technicians
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Work closely with service advisors and management to ensure smooth workflow
  • Lead by example to foster a positive team culture

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a senior technician or foreman

Strong leadership and communication skills

A true team player who leads from the front

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Trade qualified (Cert III in Light Vehicle or similar)
