About the role

We are looking for a Part-Time (20 hrs per week) Onboarding Specialist to help bring new healthcare merchants onto our payment and claiming platforms with confidence and care.

What you'll do

• Process and review merchant applications end-to-end — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth activation experience.

• Communicate with customers by phone and email, providing updates and support with empathy and professionalism.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accounts are set up efficiently and risk requirements are met.

• Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and proactively identify opportunities to improve our onboarding process.

What you'll bring

• At least 1 year of administration or data entry experience.

• Exceptional attention to detail and time management.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on helping customers succeed.

• Bonus points for experience in the health or financial services industry
