About the Role

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Catering Assistant to help create a welcoming dining experience at one of our key aged care residences in Altona, Victoria.

Roster: Various days and hours

Key Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation and service

Provide friendly and efficient customer service to residents and staff

Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods

Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas

Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices

Prepare and present texture modified foods

Skills and Experiences:

About You

Previous experience in kitchen assistance, food preparation, and/or customer service

Strong teamwork and communication skills

High standards of personal presentation and hygiene

Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
