Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of our generics and biosimilars portfolio? As an In-Line Portfolio Manager, you'll be at the heart of our commercial strategy-driving growth, optimizing performance, and ensuring our products meet market needs. This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate across operations, supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance to deliver results that matter. 

How you'll spend your day
  • Own the Strategy: Develop and execute a winning portfolio strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities
  • Lead the Lifecycle: Manage products from launch to commercialization and eventual market exit
  • Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities
  • Drive Performance: Track KPIs, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Lead cross-functional projects with Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and Marketing for seamless execution
  • Innovate Pricing & Promotions: Implement strategies that reflect market conditions and company objectives
  • Be the Connector: Act as the key liaison between commercial and operational teams to resolve challenges and optimize outcomes
  • Communicate & Influence: Share product vision and progress with stakeholders, from technical teams to senior leadership
Your experience and qualifications
  • Deep expertise in the generics market, pricing strategies, and commercial planning
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years in pharmaceutical commercial roles with P&L responsibility
  • Strong understanding of the pharma landscape, regulatory environment, and market dynamics
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver collaborative results
  • Exceptional project management skills in fast-paced environments
  • Marketing experience in pharma is a plus
