At Lifespan Therapies, we believe in making sure no child is left behind, no matter their ability.

We're seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our compassionate and collaborative team; someone who shares our passion for empowering children and families through therapy that is evidence-informed, engaging, and meaningful.

This role is perfect for new graduates, early-career clinicians, or developed therapists looking to build their confidence, clinical reasoning, and leadership capacity through structured mentoring, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development.

About the Role

As an Emerging Speech Pathologist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care that reflects our core values of
Collaboration, Innovation, Belonging, Compassion, and Patience.
Our lifespan team live and breathe our company values when providing therapy to our families and how we show up for each other.

Join a practice that supports a broad scope of communication challenges and gain AAC experience

At Lifespan Therapies, you'll experience a truly multidisciplinary environment with a broad and diverse caseload. Our services include individual and multidisciplinary therapy, intensive programs, group and Kindy-based programs and community development initiatives.

Lifespan offers advanced skills, experience, and equipment to support children with physical and neurological disabilities—including Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, rare genetic conditions, and those requiring intensive therapies. Autism, apraxia of speech, dyslexia and other neurodiverse presentations are also within our skill set, as well as paediatric feeding. Find your passion area and continue to develop new skills.

This role is perfect for a Speech Pathologist eager to grow across all areas of paediatrics—from AAC equipment prescription such as eye gaze and switch access, to functional skill development and parent empowerment for late talkers.

As a NDIS-registered provider, we are passionate about helping children engage meaningfully in their everyday lives through flexible, creative, and evidence-based therapy approaches.

Because Collaboration is central to how we work, you'll have regular opportunities for case conferencing, joint goal setting, and shared clinical discussions — ensuring every child and family receives therapy that is grounded in best practice, empathy, and teamwork.
